En México, tan sólo en los últimos veinte años se han extraído más minerales "preciosos" que durante toda la época colonial. Los altos precios en el mercado justificaron esta práctica –en el país y en toda América Latina– junto con otras sin precedentes, como la explotación de la naturaleza pese al daño irreversible a los ecosistemas. Esses jogos remetem-se à produção de processos identitários a partir da intersecção das categorias raça, gênero e classe que aparecem nas "ofensas" trocadas. Aos destacar a articulação desses processos identitários com insultos estigmatizantes que se referem caricaturalmente a estereótipos coletivos imputados de modo grotesco a alguém e com termos verbais considerados como galhofas e zombarias aceitas ludicamente entre os jovens estudantes, apresentamos os diferentes momentos e situações nos quais um epíteto verbal ou um ato não verbal passam a ser definidos ou como ofensivo, ou como brincadeiras.
